Seniors bring experience\, an understanding of life circumstances\, and the ability to see the bigger picture. \nIn this encounter\, a space emerges for conversations that are not only an exchange of opinions but also an opportunity to turn different perspectives into a shared reflection on practical solutions related to health\, housing\, mobility\, and ways of living.\n\n			\n			\n					\n						\n\n	\n\n					\n				\n				EXAMPLES OF INTERGENERATIONAL COLLABORATION\n				\n			\n		In many innovation and social projects\, younger and older generations are intentionally brought together because such cooperation often leads to new ideas and more realistic solutions. \nExamples include: \nReverse mentoring in international companies \nIn companies such as General Electric\, PwC\, IBM\, and Unilever\, younger employees mentor senior colleagues in areas such as digital technologies and emerging social trends\, while seniors share their experience in decision-making and understanding long-term consequences. \nIntergenerational innovation labs \nAt universities and in startup programs\, different generations of participants are increasingly brought together deliberately to combine the creativity of younger people with the experience of older participants.
